I would give five stars for quality, but I ordered it with double pillows and got one and now I have to justify myself when I complain even though the invoice shows that I ordered the expensive one. I can't do anything with it, my grandchild has reflux with a higher degree, no need for it, hope that they clarify it, can only donate it or dispose of it. Now I had to send photos to prove it. Hope I get my money back. I haven't read other people's reports, otherwise I would have ordered it from somewhere else 😬 So far I haven't received any money back and I can advise you not to order it. I took the expensive one with 30 degrees and got the cheap one, can't do anything with it, it's 15 degrees. Hope I get my money back. Pillow is unused.

I ordered this pillow because my son has reflux problems and I need the exact 30 degree inclination in height as in the photos! But even though I ordered the tall one, it arrived missing the piece of removable cushion to add to reach the right height! I attach some photos! I ordered the first photo and the second one arrived..

I was really looking forward to the pillow, it was important for me that it had an inclination of 30° and that they did not put a second lining on me. I am disappointed, it was possible to put it for such money!!!
