This bowl is made by Tanzangama, a Mino ware kiln that was founded in 1952 and has been producing Mino ware for over 70 years. The delicate texture unique to pottery is appealing and makes you feel gentle just by looking at it. Using a technique called ``itchin,'' which involves squeezing the slurry out of a bag like icing, craftsmen handcraft each item one by one, creating three-dimensional patterns by pouring it onto the surface. It can be used in the microwave, making it convenient for reheating rice. Furthermore, it is dishwasher safe, so daily maintenance is easy. Available in flower and leaf patterns, they are also recommended as a gift for parents in pairs.
[Mino ware] Mino ware accounts for 60% of the total production share of all ceramics in Japan. It is mainly produced in the Tono region located in the eastern part of Gifu Prefecture. There are so many different colors and shapes that they are said to be characterized by their lack of distinctive features, and they have developed over a long history while reflecting people's tastes and trends. It continues to evolve day by day as a vessel that will blend into the dining table and be loved for a long time.
