The phone wont start, it is black screen. When I put the charger the dot on top of the phone lights red. I charged it for whole day now tried to hard reset by trying all combinations and with the information in the internet, nothing works. One more thing, I ordered 8 gb ram and this phone it says 4gb ram on the back. They are not answering for 10 days already, I have to go to the police now... I suggest you at least order on Aliexpress because they will handle the issue right away, this site sucks....
Cell phone is OK. Use it for off-road navigation on the ATV. Cell phone not quite as fast as expected, which is noticeable when calculating routes and when booting. Camera is sufficient. Very annoying and additional points deducted: I NEVER received an invoice. Joom service refers to the manufacturer Blackview. Of course he says why should he issue an invoice if I have paid the money to joom. Customer service looks different!! So I don't have an invoice with VAT and can't settle the purchase.
The GSMJ no longer turns on and I do not know where or by whom I can have it repaired under warranty. In addition, I would like, if possible, a copy of the invoice and an address for repair. I also received a response from Joom which tells me to contact the seller even though the phone was purchased on your site.
