I reported to customer service because the watch arrived with a fault, there are times when it starts and then stops, customer service seems to not believe my claim and asked me for a video as evidence, before I send them photos, now a video to make sure I'm telling the truth. The watch arrived with problems, and I want the money back or they send me another one, and another thing, what should I do to return the product?

Anyone expecting an automatic watch - hands off!!! Despite a lot of movement, the work stops after the night (quiet time).. That's only about 20 hours at a time. Not more! I will continue to use it as a hand-wound watch because I like the look of it. only the price... It's no longer justified! Damage drum!

Very nicely designed dial. Really high quality. The weight is pleasantly noticeable on the wrist for an automatic watch. After wearing it for several days, I noticed that the watch stopped when I put it down. Strong shortcoming! You have to reset it again and again. Does the watch have no power reserve or is defective.

It's a great watch, I'm happy because I made 18 successful purchases of Jaraguar, Forsining and Gold Union brands.
