The headphones have arrived. The headphones are of good quality, but there is one problem. One earpiece is heard softly, the other is heard clearly and has a quality sound. I tried the headphones on the phone and on two computers. it's definitely a problem with the headphones. Joom refunded the money for the defective headphones. I ordered the same model of headphones.
