The supplement contains 1000 mg of methylsulfonylmethane, 1000 mg of glucosamine, and 500 mg of flax oil. Moreover, the supplement contains herbal extracts containing boswellia and bromeliad, as well as manganese and zinc, microelements that strengthen bones and have a positive effect on joints.
Another useful component of the complex is vitamins C and E. Vitamin E protects the body from the effects of oxidative processes, and ascorbic acid activates the production of collagen, an important substance for the normal functioning of cartilage.
